Now that classes are all online once again, I have been staying up a little too late considering I don’t have to walk to class. I also should be eating more fruits and vegetables because healthy food habits and the right amount of sleep is important. In a way, this is the most important goal out of them all because if I’m not taking care of myself as much as I should be then I won’t be able to perform well in class. I need to begin going to sleep much earlier the nights before so it does not result in me sleeping all day not getting anything done. I also need to start getting more fruits and salads from the dining hall and supermarket in order to reach my goal.
