this semester on the PSU Campus I started jogging. It was a hard routine to get into because of all my classes and football. It started as half an hour runs for about 3 weeks then not before long I started to them for about an hour. It felt great because not only was it good for my physical health but my mental health also. I would recommend this 110% if you have time during the week.
